All talking-tee products/T-shirts are custom-made, and therefore are unreturnable - with the exception of damaged or incorrect shirts.
In such a case – the following are the Guidelines:
A customer who wishes to return a product will contact our customer service email@example.com and describe the reason for the request to make a return. Reasons include:
Receiving the incorrect product or size
In the case of a defective product - photograph the issue, then send us the photos along with a description of the reason for returning the product.
The return of the product is conditional on a proven defect in the non-use.
We can accept the return of the goods in good condition.
At this point, the buyer is required to bear the cost of return shipping.
If we accept your returns request - a Talking-tee representative will be in touch to instruct you regarding which address the returns should be addressed to, since we work with several suppliers.
（Please note that returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, after which returns will not be accepted – excluding cases of quality issues.
Where do I send returns?
Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the correct return address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 2-3 business days.
